We want you to love the gear you get from BAP. If you're not satisfied with your new product purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. 

BAP purchases of new products can be returned by mail or at our retail store, with proof of purchase and with product tags or packaging, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, in a store, or by phone.

BAP’s Satisfaction Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Big Agnes Warranty Policy

All Big Agnes products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Big Agnes.

If a replacement product is not available, a credit will be given when returned with a receipt. Big Agnes does not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by the owner, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by uses other than intended.

Warranty Policy - Non-Bap Brands

We offer several products and brands in store and on wearbap.com. If you have a warranty issue with any non-BAP brands purchased, you will need to contact the respective manufacturer directly for assistance. This includes items from our sister company, Big Agnes.
